R Ganesh Interview

Please tell us a little bit about your experiences here in Australia. The more interesting it is, the more other Singaporeans & Malaysians will enjoy reading it!

1. What brought you to move to Australia?
I didn’t really ‘move’ to Australia. I’m just here temporarily for 5 years to do my course of study. But Melbourne is one of the world’s most liveable city, so I guess that did play a factor in choosing this place to study.

2. What were the biggest hurdles you had to overcome when you first came here to Australia? (Food, learning the lingo, getting used to early shopping hours?)
One of the biggest hurdles when I first came to Australia (and anywhere new in fact) is to get used to the surroundings and moving around. Besides that, I had to learn how to budget my expenditure, which includes learning how to cook to save up on expenses (as eating out is expensive compared to Malaysia/Singapore). The early shopping hours are also something the Australian government obviously didn’t think about, right? I mean, they can make more money if they opened for longer!
Another thing that I noticed is the very safe and courteous roads. Here they don’t beep and horn everyone like back home.

3. How did you overcome those hurdles?
I think the first thing you need to have is initiative. Recognize these problems and seek a solution to it. For me, expenses were monitored through Excel, cooking was learnt from cookbooks, internet and friends, moving about from locals to maps. You can pretty much get general advice from people if you ask.

4. What tips would you give for other Malaysians / Singaporeans coming to Australia, to help them in the “settling down” process?
Just like settling down anywhere else, you need to have done a bit of homework. Find out how the everyday living is like from someone who is already in Australia. Build your contact list, and be open to change and assimilation. Keep in touch with old friends (the “free ways to keep in touch with friends” on the Rojak site are really helpful).

5. Can you tell at least 2 funny stories of your experience when you first came to Australia?

Can’t think of any, mate. I had a lot of friends who were here already before me so there were virtually no hiccups.

S Megaswati Interview

Please tell us a little bit about your experiences here in Australia. The more interesting it is, the more other Singaporeans & Malaysians will enjoy reading it!

1 What brought you to move to Australia?
I heard that the mangoes here are huge (during the mangoes season Dec/Jan) and the

Lychees are bountiful!

No, seriously I moved here to have a better lifestyle, layback (instead of the mad rat race back home) and better weather but little did I know that come summer, it’s like getting into a heated oven and those irritating flies literally become your shadow!

2. What were the biggest hurdles you had to overcome when you first came here to Australia? (Food, learning the lingo, getting used to early shopping hours?)
Of course, there are few challenges and food is naturally a big factor. I mean you can get Malaysian food here but it’s not quite the same taste. 2 pieces of “Roti Canai” here cost about A$9.90 with a little curry sauce to dip in when you can get them for 1.20 ringgit in Malaysia plus a piece of chicken for extra 1.50 ringgit and on top of that , that yummy ‘Teh tarik’ that goes with it!. Malaysian food is still best found in Malaysia. Also, I’m an absolute fan of “Indian/Mamak rojak” and I just can’t find them anywhere here....so, aiyoh, if you know of somewhere, hurry up and let me know ok.

The other thing is getting greeted everywhere you go “how are you today” can be pretty annoying after a while when most people don’t really mean it.

3. How did you overcome those hurdles?
Well, you just have to accept it-lah....what to do, that’s life. There are always advantages and disadvantages as you journey through life. But learning how to cook through recipes (internet, friends) was crucial for me. Also I had family members here who helped me feel comfortable.

4. What tips would you give for other Malaysians coming to Australia, to help them in the “settling down” process?
“Makan puas-puas” and “shop kau-kau” before you emigrate haha! Also I would say find good contacts here (friends, family) who understand your position. I mean it can be hard if you don’t know anyone at all. Find some Malaysian friends here to hand around with.

5. Can you tell at least 2 funny stories of your experience when you first came to Australia?

Double parking. Once I doubled parked outside a bank thinking it’ll be just for a few minutes. When I came out I saw a ticket on my windscreen. When I went to settle the fine, I requested for a discount. The clerk replied, “Sorry mate, this is not Malaysia!”.

Settling Down

Here are some "Up Close and Personal" interviews with REAL Malaysians and Singaporeans - personal stories + tips on settling down ;-)

Alan Wong Interview

Please tell us a little bit about your experiences here in Australia. The more interesting it is, the more other Singaporeans & Malaysians will enjoy reading it!

1. What brought you to move to Australia?
I come because of equal opportunities here. Not only is it better for my career but the lifestyle here is so conducive. There’re actually lots of things to do other than going to the shopping centres during your days off. In KL, that’s what most folks go.

I also notice that here the people also play by the rules – whether it’s the admission to the local university or traffic rules. So they expect you to play by the same rules. It’s certainly what you know and not who you know.

I’m also getting married to an Aussie Chinese girl soon. Met her here. She’s just awesome, "what a beauty!"

2. What were the biggest hurdles you had to overcome when you first came here to Australia? (Food, learning the lingo, getting used to early shopping hours?)
I suppose one of the first few challenges is learning to get around and the way people conduct themselves. One can adapt to the culture shock if they’re willing to adapt. One other thing: your Malaysian licence is not much use here. You’ve to resit for the practical driving test. My sister took this test and she flung! She took it three times and passed on the fourth after some guidance from yours truly. I guess Malaysians do have poor driving record and hence, this ruling. I thought I was a ‘great’ driver. But hey, I’m actually a better driver here. People expect you to observe the rules and btw, no double parking here!

3. How did you overcome those hurdles?
One thing for sure is your website. It certainly provided me some useful insights and tips in settling down here. I thought that’s really, really helpful and important.

4. What tips would you give for other Malaysians coming to Australia, to help them in the “settling down” process?

By reading your website!! C’mon, getting to know where to find the best discounts and savings is a great help. Plus other useful stuff on the how-to and what-to list! The other thing is, you should actually make friends with other Malaysians who had settled here or are in similar situation with you.

5. Can you tell at least 2 funny stories of your experience when you first came to Australia?

One is certainly the way we speak. We’re so used in saying lah at the end of our sentences. I got lots of stares. We’ve have to be more aware of how we speak.

When travelling in car with a mate once, he asked “Shall I do a U-eee?”....with my mouth-watering, I immediately said yes, thinking that he meant “yau yee”(salted dried fish) ....but that dish was never made!

#3 - BEST INDIAN RECIPE COLLECTION '07

You Will Not Find Any Other Recipe Collection for Such Value-For-Money!

Rojak's Official Review for "5-Star Indian Recipes"
It was such a shock to me when I came across "5 Star Indian Recipes". The product boasted a grand 1,000 Tried and Tested Indian Recipes... for only $6.95? I was skeptical. But upon purchasing and downloading this product I was astonished. There really are ONE THOUSAND DIFFERENT recipes in this eBook. And they are not just any recipes, they are high-quality, 5-star Indian restaurant style recipes.

With "5 Star Indian Recipes" you will everything from A-Z of famous Indian cuisine. Want to cook up something for breakfast? There are at least 5 different Thosai (Dosa) recipes you can choose from. For a main meal you have access to all the expensive restaurant secrets: Prawns Vindaloo, Lamb Masala, Vegetable Kurma, Fish Curry, Tandoori Chicken... and that's only 5 of the ONE THOUSAND recipes you'll be able to cook with "5 Star Indian Recipes".

There is probably not a better bargain buy on the internet. You will look like a pro, cooking famous dishes that were compiled by 5-star chefs all across India. Your dishes will look authentic, taste even better, and best of all - you get to receive all the credit for it. You control how much oil to use, whether you prefer ghee or not, and if you want to use colouring to enhance the presentation of your dishes. I know my family prefers the "less oil, no msg" option to preparing food. With "5 Star Indian Recipes" you have all the control!

Here are some of the many dishes you'll learn to cook with "5 Star Indian Recipes":

  • Chicken Curry, Korma

  • Chicken Tikka Masala

  • Vindaloo, Tandoori etc

  • Naan, Rotis & Breads

  • Rice & Biryani

  • Veg & Non-Veg Dishes

  • Jalfrezi, Reshmi Chicken

  • Soups & Rasams

  • Spice Blends

  • Starters, Snacks, Salads

  • Curries and Pickles

  • Chutneys and Sides

  • Desserts & Beverages

  • And Much More!

If you cook curry you'll know that a slight change in spices will result in a vast change in taste. My family are all curry lovers so we know good curry when we see it (I mean TASTE it!). Have you tried curry recipes, only to be disappointed that they were "too bland" or "too sweet" or "no kick". Isn't it frustrating putting a few good hours into a curry dish, only to find the spice proportions are "catered to the Aussie taste"?

I'm so glad that "5 Star Indian Recipes" completely overcomes this problem. You see this eBook wasn't put together to suit the taste of any foreign country. All recipes are contributed by award winning chefs right from India - so you get top-quality, completely-authentic dishes that are full of flavour. Your dishes will delight the taste buds of curry lovers. I've enjoyed Indian food all my life - so believe me, these recipes are GOOD.

Here's what some other REAL people said about "5 Star Indian Recipes":
1. "This e-book is very easy to use and the finished dish came out as good as any Indian restaurant. I have prepared variety of Indian dishes from this, for my family & friends and have received nothing but Praise."

--Christina B

Texas, USA

2. Hi guys, these recipes are really 5 Star ! I made 7 different dishes using your e-book and the response was great ..."

-- Rosemary Samuel

Texas, USA

3. "Your recipes made me a great cook - before I can't even cook. My wife really liked the Egg Moglai masala..."

--Dilkesh Kapoor

New Delhi, India

4."Every dish that I have made from this book has been SplendidI knew this book is a winner. I have bought several Indian cookbooks but I use this one the most often. I would undoubtedly give this book my Highest Rating."

-- Mrs. Aruna Rahul

London, UK

It's not hard to see why they love it so much!

The Rojak team considers this book of excellent value-for-money, while presenting high-standard dishes. However we recommend you go and buy other Indian cookbooks. Why don't you buy other high-priced ones, and test out their recipes? You can do the search and testing yourself, but the Rojak team has already spent all that time and money scouting for the best for you. WE HAVE NOT FOUND AN INDIAN COOKBOOK CHEAPER THAN $6.95, WITH 1,000 SEPERATE HIGH-QUALITY RECIPES.

Think about how worth this book is.... one bowl of curry at your local Indian restaurant already costs about $8, if not more! And don't you get charged BY THE NAAN when you eat out? If you love Indian food Rojak recommends that this is the best $6.95 you will ever spend. You must act on this chance and get "5-Star Indian Recipes" NOW!

WARNING: The special $6.95 price for "5-Star Indian Recipes" is a TEMPORARY OFFER. We have discovered it is an introductory price to specifically "launch the eBook". As soon as their sales have bloomed there are chances they will take the offer down and heavily increase this price. Honestly, $6.95 for a thousand recipes is a STEAL. So hurry and get your copy NOW!

"5-Star Indian Recipes" is the best collection of Indian recipes that Rojak has found ever. So do yourself a favour and get it right now.

"5-Star Indian Recipes" gets Rojak's 4.5-star review rating:

5 Stars for Price (we'd give 6 stars if we could!)
Enough said about this already. For less than one plate of curry you could own ONE THOUSAND recipes. We've warned you already, so don't kick yourself if they change the price and you miss out.

5 Stars for Taste
All dishes are authentic, tasting completely Indian. If you like the sweeter, more Western dishes (like Butter Chicken) you'll still find all of them in this eBook. Very versatile, caters for all tastes and even has recipes for desserts. Great buy.

4 Stars for Ease of Use
Step-by-step explanations with detailed measurements of ingredients. You can obtain all ingredients at your local Indian grocery shop. Rojak's only complaint is that there is a shortage of pictures - personally I like to see beforehand how my dish should be presented. However this isn't really a big problem, because lamb masala is lamb masala. Tandoori chicken is tandoori chicken. If you know what dishes you like just go for it! Many dishes also carry time-saving tips from the top chefs to help you prepare your favourite dishes easily.

5 Stars for Ease to Obtain
"5-Star Indian Recipes" is available for you to download at the click of a button here. You don't have to leave your house, you can conveniently download it straight to your computer where you don't need a physical library to store this book. Very fast - the Rojak team has tested their online payment process and it is securely encrypted.

#2 - BEST MALAY KUIH RECIPE COLLECTION '07

Your friends will be pounding on your door to get to the kuihs you'll cook with this book!!

** Newsflash: I WILL NEVER NEED TO PAY GOOD MONEY TO BUY KUIHS FROM MY LOCAL MALAYSIAN RESTAURANT ANYMORE :-D

Not with this eBook. Believe it or not, it'll teach you ONE HUNDRED AND ONE recipes for all your favourite delicious kuihs. All genuine, all different, all authentic.

Rojak's Official Review for "Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes"

"Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes" is the most complete guide for cooking traditional Malay kuihs you will find anywhere. Recipes that you normally would have to inherit from older generations, and take YEARS to learn are now available for you to download in a manner of minutes. If you like kuihs like Kuih Lapis, Putu Piring, Kuih Dadar and Seri Muka... imagine being able to cook as much as want right in your kitchen! And imagine the wide-eyed amazement of your friends when they come running to the familiar smell of their favourite kuihs!

This simple eBook will teach you from STEP 1 how to produce the exact favourite kuihs that you're used to back home. It gives you the exact proportions for each ingredient (in plain English) - so even a child could follow them and get professional results. The best part is, your loved ones will be "certain" you bought it from a Malay shop somewhere :-P

Honestly it is not easy finding complete recipes for kuihs in English. My experience has shown many recipes are traditionally handed down from one generation to another (instead of written). Even recipes that are written suffer from the Malay - Enligsh language barrier. I should know, because I have many Malay friends, and I myself have some Malay blood! So you can be certain that a collection of 101 traditional Malay Kuih recipes together, in one complete English resource is like finding gold.

What "Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes" gives you:

  1. 101 traditional Malay Kuih recipes (all your favourites) in plain, everyday English.
  2. Accurate ingredients in convenient METRIC measurements. Ingredients are in English so you can pop into your local Australian supermarket / Asian grocery with no hassles.
  3. The power to impress your friends and family with treats they never DREAMED of getting in Australia!
  4. The satisfaction of sinking your teeth into these old delights... you won't need to fly home just for these kuihs ever again.
  5. A chance to pass down some grass-roots skills and culture to your kids and family who grow up here.

.... And did I mention kuihs make GREAT GIFTS for your Aussie friends? You'd be surprised, Aussies LOVE kuihs! They like the exotic taste and the sweetness makes it such a treat ;-) They'll prefer your exotic homemade kuihs over a bottle of wine any day!

Among the kuihs you will learn to cook with "Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes":

  • Kuih Lapis
  • Kuih Keria
  • Cucur Udang
  • Kuih Koci
  • Putu Piring
  • Samosa
  • Seri Muka Jagung
  • Kuih Talam Lauk
  • Epok
  • Pulut Panggang
  • Tepung Gomak
  • Rempeyek
  • Kuih Lompang
  • Goreng Pisang
  • Kuih Dadar
  • Ondeh-Ondeh
  • Koleh Kacang
  • Cakar Ayam
  • Pulut Serikaya
  • Layang-layang
  • Bakar Kelabu
  • Puding Sum-Sum
  • Pau Goreng
  • Kesui
  • Keropok
  • Bingka Suji
  • Bubur Terigu
  • Kuih Bakar
  • Jongkong
  • Nagasari
  • Kuih Pulut Inti
  • Talam Bakar Kentang
  • Cucur Bawang

As you can see all types of kuih are covered in this eBook, from sweet kuihs to savoury kuihs, to agar-agar type (jelly) recipes. This is certainly a must-have recipe collection for any geniune kuih lover.

This is certainly the best kuih book the Rojak team has come across yet. But you don't have to get this product without doing your homework first. I encourage you to search on the internet, your local library and ask friends for kuih recipes. Chances are, you'll get just a
handful of recipes after hours, if not DAYS and MONTHS of searching. I've found great kuih recipes scattered around the internet, but they've taken a LOT of painstaking effort & I have NEVER yet found one complete resource (in English!) for kuihs like "Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes". Do yourself a favour and save all that effort. It would be much more worthit paying for a copy of this eBook and spend your precious time cooking your favourite kuihs!

The only way I could see you getting this number of quality kuih recipes is if you went from kampung to kampung documenting and translating the recipes yourself. Honestly, save yourself the effort and get "Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes" instead.

But to get "Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes" at a good price you'll have to hurry! The eBook is packaged with an
extra $40 of additional bonus recipes at at %57 off right now. But I don't know how long it will stay that way. I've missed out similar deals like this in the past because I was lazy and the offer closed unexpectedly! I felt like kicking myself because they were great deals. Don't make this mistake and regret it later. Hurry and get yourself a copy of "Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes" now!

"Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes" gets Rojak's 4.5-star review rating:

5 Stars for Taste
Ooooohh TASTES JUST LIKE HOME. Seriously, now I'm such a star in my family members' eyes (You can be one too)! You should have seen their faces when I surprised them with their favourite kuihs... "What?? How'd you do that!! Wahh, we don't need to go to the restaurant anymore mannn..." And then the questions stopped because they were too busy eating. And then came all the requests for MORE! Entirely honest, these are the EXACT recipes for the exact delicacies you'd find back home.

4-1/2 Stars for Ease of Use
All instructions and ingredients and in plain, everyday English. You will love how straightforward and easy it is to make any of your favourite delicacies! There are small pictures to show you how the kuihs should turn out, however the eBook relies on you already knowing what those kuihs look like. But this is not even a problem if you already know the kuihs you love, what they taste and look like! Just do a search within the eBook and in seconds you have complete step-by-step instructions to reproduce your favourite kuihs ;-)

5 Stars for Ease to Obtain
You want it now, get it now. It's that easy. "Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes" had to pass the ease to obtain test and we're pleased to find it's available for immediate download in eBook format. The online security has been entirely verified - all information is encrypted. Click here to obtain your copy now.

4 Stars for Price
"Traditional Malay Kuih Recipes" is currently at a 57% discount. The bonuses alone are worth more than the price you pay (bonuses worth $40, price for total package is just $29.95). But let's just talk about the kuih recipe eBook first. Over the years my family and I have had to pay quite a lot just to order kuihs from our local Malay restaurant. Did you know it costs $5 just for about 6 pieces of kuih at Malay restaurants in Australia?! And my family has probably ordered about 20-30 boxes over the years. You know I would gladly pay $29.95 for a complete collection of 101 recipes and cook my own. It's good value, and I'll use this knowledge for years and years to come. Not to mention you can cook homemade kuihs for others and make some income for it ;-)

#1 - BEST SINGAPOREAN / MALAYSIAN RECIPE COLLECTION '07

Yesss... 6 years of searching and I've FINALLY come across the perfect Singaporean / Malaysian recipe book!

Rojak's Official Review for "Singapore Famous Food Recipes"

I've been in Australia for about a quarter of my life... and believe me, it's not been easy without my daily share of Mee Siam, Assam Laksa, and Bak Kut Teh. You probably know what I mean. So 6 years ago I started a search for a GOOD Singaporean / Malaysian recipe book.

  • It had to be CHEAP.
  • It had to be complete with DIAGRAMS.
  • It had to have CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS (I really dislike books that just say "Add herbs to taste" without telling you What herbs?).
  • It had to have ENGLISH EQUIVALENTS of the ingredients (useful for shopping in Australian supermarkets).

I've found all these, and more, in the eBook "
Singapore Famous Food Recipes".

Are you like me, searching for a recipe book with all your best-loved classics? Would you appreciate a recipe collection that told you, step-by-step, how to recreate your favourite Singaporean / Malaysian dishes right in your own home? The eBook "Singapore Famous Food Recipes" satisfied me perfectly and let me tell you why.

This eBook will show even a complete beginner how to cook famous Singaporean / Malaysian food easily. But not only how to cook, you'll also find out how you can present them in ways that even your friends and family will go WOW.

Here are a few things you will learn in this eBook:

  1. Accurate, exact ingredients you need for each dish right down to the last detail (not "chilli to taste" but "2 tbsps chilli paste").
  2. Simple but professional steps to prepare each dish. You will look like a pro in the eyes of your friends.
  3. 50 authentic Singaporean famous food recipes (for example the eBook actually tells you how to make kaya from scratch, instead of telling you "get kaya from shop" as I've seen in other recipe guides).
  4. Full colour illustrations for each dish.
  5. Each recipe has its own slide so its easy to refer / print out for use.

Over my years of cooking I've used countless recipe books, so I know a good recipe guide when I see one. I've literally bought hundreds of dollars worth of recipe books, borrowed dozens more from the library... I even get my friends' permission to cut and keep recipes from their magazines because a really good recipe is
priceless when you find it. So believe me when I say this eBook is well worth your money. Personally I would pay a lot more for the information I found in this eBook.

Among the dishes you'll learn how to cook from "Singapore Famous Food Recipes":
  • Hainanese Chicken Rice

    Barbecued Pork

    Marinated Duck

    Roasted Pork

    Crispy Fried Chicken

    Minced Pork Noodle

    Nyonya Laksa

    Fried Hokkien Mee

    Mee Rebus

    Curry Noodles

    Asam Laksa

    Bee Hoon with Fish Fillet

    Stir Fry Xing Zhou Vermicelli

    Fish Ball Noodles

    Stewed Noodles in Hokkien Style

    Lasksa with Dried Shrimps

    Fried Seafood Mee Goreng

    Stir Fried Mee Siam

    Crispy Noodles with seafood

    Fried Silver Noodles

    Mee Siam

    Stir Fried Rice Noodles

    Stir Fried Longevity Noodles

    Big Prawn Hokkien Mee

    Stir Fried Kway-Teow with clams

    Fish Head Bee Hoon

Fried Rice Noodles with Drop Egg Sauce

    Layer Curry Puffs

    Tahu Goreng

    Blacked Eyed Bean Dumplings

"Singapore Famous Food Recipes"
really is very simple and straightforward to use, and your dishes look professional.

But don't take my word for it, or even the words of all the people who got it and loved it. You know the practical way the Rojak team approaches everything. I highly recommend you go to your local library to search for good books on Singaporean / Malaysian recipes. Go, hunt for them. Visit your local bookstore, search in garage sales, and turn up to book clearances. If you find recipes that are anything
close to what the local hawker stalls sell, I'm genuinely happy for you! But I've spent 6 years, a lot of effort and HUNDREDS of dollars and I honestly haven't found anything like "Singapore Famous Food Recipes". You can avoid all of that wasted effort, and do yourself a favour with this eBook. Ultimately you should make your choice.

I have friends who have gotten other books and spent lots of money on information that isn't really authentic. It's funny because in the end they ended up getting "Singapore Famous Food Recipes" because it's the best eBook out there I have found on this subject. Would you like to throw away your hard-earned money and effort? Would you like to put in quality time cooking a so-called "Malaysian" dish.... only to be disappointed that it's catered to the Aussie taste? Or invest in "Singapore Food Recipes" and feel the satisfaction of friends that envy your cooking skills? The choice is yours!

But you'll have to hurry your decision! "Singapore Food Recipes" is down from $29.90 to only
$12.90 now. But I don't know how long it will stay that way. I heard the owner of the book does time-testing on his prices, and will change it back to #29.90 after a short time expires. So you better hurry before you lose on this 56% discount now! As a geniune Singaporean / Malaysian you know a good bargain anywhere do don't lose out on this great opportunity.

Do yourself, your FAMILY and your FRIENDS a great favour and get it right now.

"Singapore Food Recipes" gets Rojak's only 5-star review rating:

5 Stars for Price
It costs my family $12 for one plate of Crispy Fried Chicken alone at a Malaysian restaurant near our house. Similarly, it costs about $15 for a plate of Crispy Noodles with Seafood. This eBook costs only $12.90 ---> less than the price of ONE PLATE OF NOODLES at my local restaurant!! And for that price, you get all those recipes, 50 authentic recipes in total. In my book there is no better deal you could ask for.

5 Stars for Ease of Use
This is probably the most straightforward and simple recipe guides you'll find. The language is clear and concise, showing you exactly what needs to be done and nothing more. It also includes tips here-and-there to help you produce the best dishes each time. Full-colour diagrams that show you how to present the dishes at their best.

5 Stars for Taste
Entirely authentic. You can expect your dishes to look, taste and smell like how an expert would cook it back home.

5 Stars for Ease to Obtain
All recommendations at Rojak must first pass the Ease to Obtain test before we make them to you. You don't need to hassle of going to your local bookstore and waiting for 3 weeks while they order "Singapore Famous Food Recipes" in. This eBook is available for immediate download and you can start implementing these recipes in a matter of minutes. Payment option is secure, all credit card info is encrypted so no one can spy on your info online. They accept all major credit cards, Paypal and even eCheck.
